Kathmandu, March 4 -- President Ramchanda Paudel on Monday administered the oath of office of secrecy to three new ministers.

Hit Bahadur Tamang from the CPN (Maoist Centre), Padam Giri from the CPN-UML and DP Aryal from the Rastriya Swatantra Party were sworn in as ministers without portfolio.

Giri is the former minister for health and population, Tamang is the former minister for youth and sports and Aryal is the former minister for labour, employment and social security.

Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal decided to induct new ministers into the Cabinet after changing his coalition partners.
