Kaski, Nov. 4 -- Potholes along the Mid-Hill Highway, especially the Pokhara-Baglung stretch, are posing safety risks for drivers and passengers.
The highway, a crucial link between Pokhara and neighbouring districts, has deteriorated, causing delays and challenges for commuters and vehicle operators. Dammar K.C., a driver of an electric microbus on the route, said the road in Kaski and Parbat districts is in poor condition.
"Smooth and safe travel is currently impossible. In several places, the road has collapsed, some sections have large potholes, and parts have completely given way," he said.
