KANCHANPUR, June 24 -- All allround show from Kabita Kunwar ensured a 51-run win for Sudurpaschim Province against Province 5 in the PM Cup Women's National Twenty20 cricket tournament on Sunday.
In a low key affair, Kunwar scored almost half the team's total as Sudurpaschim were bowled out for 100 runs in 16.1 overs. In reply Province 5 were dismissed for 49 runs in 16 overs thanks to the discipline bowling from Sudurpaschim Province.
Kunwar was the standout performer in Sudurpaschim's otherwise hapless batting display. As wickets continued to tumble at the other end, Kunwar went about her business clobbering eight boundaries in her fiery 25-ball knock they yielded her 43 runs.
