Kathmandu, Jan. 13 -- The Panda Pack Project, supported by the China Foundation for Rural Development (CFRD), has distributed warm clothes to schoolchildren in Bhotekoshi Rural Municipality, Sindhupalchok, aiming to support students from marginalised communities during the winter season.
The programme covered all schools in wards 1 to 5 of the rural municipality, reaching a total of 29 schools. Students from early childhood development (ECD) level to Grade 5 received warm clothing packages containing a tracksuit, gloves, socks, a muffler and a cap. Distribution has been completed in several schools, while it is ongoing in others.
