Hetauda, May 19 -- way traffic has resumed along the Kanti Lokpath after floods in the Bagmati River swept away a diversion, completely halting vehicular movement.
According to the District Police Office, Hetauda, small vehicles including cars, jeeps, and motorcycles are now allowed to travel in one direction through an under-construction bridge at Baguwa section of the highway.
The diversion was washed away by floodwaters triggered by Sunday night's rainfall. Heavy vehicles are still barred from using the route until the diversion is rebuilt.
