Kathmandu, Jan. 26 -- Inspector General of Armed Police Force (APF) Raju Aryal has directed APF personnel to leave no security gaps in the upcoming House of Representatives election scheduled for March 5.
Addressing officers assigned command responsibilities at various APF offices from January 25, Aryal stressed the need for high professional performance and the swift implementation of election-focused security operations to ensure a peaceful and fear-free poll.
He warned that weak command and operational mistakes would invite immediate action, urging officers to work with high morale and strict discipline. He also instructed all deployed personnel to fully comply with the election code of conduct.
