Kathmandu, Dec. 29 -- The Nepali Communist Party has decided not to include anyone who has previously served as a member of parliament or minister in its proportional representation (PR) list.

According to the party, individuals elected either through the first-past-the-post or through proportional representation in the past will not be recommended for the upcoming March elections.

The party is set to submit a list of 110 PR candidates, including fresh faces such as Pramesh Hamal and Mitra Pariyar, who have not previously held parliamentary positions.
