Kathmandu, April 1 -- Nepal's newly appointed ambassador to Portugal Prakash Mani Paudel has presented his credentials to Portuguese President Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa.
Ambassador Paudel submitted his credentials at a ceremony held on Monday at the Belem Palace in Lisbon.
Following the submission, he held a meeting with the president.
According to the Nepali Embassy in Lisbon, they discussed strengthening bilateral relations between Nepal and Portugal and enhancing mutual interests and cooperation.
