Kathmandu, July 3 -- Nepal booked their place in the final of the ACC Men's U-16 East Zone Cup 2025 with a dominant nine-wicket win against Malaysia at the Selangor Turf Club in Kuala Lumpur on Thursday.
After bowling the hosts out for just 90 runs in 43.1 overs, Nepal chased down the target with ease, reaching 92 runs losing one wicket in just 11.4 overs.
Opener Parimarjan Yadav starred with the bat, smashing an unbeaten 59 off 35 balls, including five fours and five sixes. He shared an unbroken 75-run stand for the second wicket with wicketkeeper-batter Shiwansh Bajgain, who contributed 23 not out off 22 balls.
