Over time, some of these myths have faded away, but in our society, mental health disparities still cast shadows on specific communities. It's widely acknowledged that mental health issues can impact anyone, regardless of their background. Yet, what's often overlooked is which groups are more susceptible, and how certain communities may miss out on the necessary resources for a healthy mind.
