Kathmandu, Jan. 26 -- My Emotions Matter (MEM), a social enterprise focused on emotional literacy, will launch the Nepali edition of its book on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at Ekta Book Store from 4:00 to 5:00 pm.

This Nepali edition aims to make emotional literacy more accessible to Nepali speakers, empowering individuals to understand their emotions better and strengthen their relationships.

Initially released in English in 2020, the book highlights emotions as signals of underlying needs, offering frameworks for reflecting on and discussing positive and challenging emotions. This new version seeks to bridge language barriers and reach a wider audience.
