Parasi, June 6 -- year-old man allegedly killed his father and a neighbour with a hoe in ward 2 of Sunwal Municipality in Nawalparasi West, police said on Friday.

According to the District Police Office, Nawalparasi West Khemraj Tharu allegedly attacked and killed his 50-year-old father, Jayaram Tharu and 70-year-old neighbour, Buddhanath Dhakikar, following a domestic dispute.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Biradatta Panta, the office's spokesperson, said Buddhanath was attacked while trying to rescue Jayaram after he was assaulted.
