Kathmandu, Jan. 25 -- Machhindra FC registered their third straight win in the National League after defeating Planning Boyz United 2-0 in the first match of Saturday at Dasharath Stadium.

Machhindra scored the first goal as Saurav Limbu found the back of the net in the 41st minute. In the second half, Jonathan Eduardo Cantilana Zorrila scored in the 74th minute to make it 2-0.

It was Zorrila's second goal of the league. His first came in the 2-1 win over Manang Marsyangdi Club.

Zorrila had a chance to make it 3-0 on Saturday. However, he missed a penalty in the 87th minute.

There was another penalty miss on Saturday, during the second match of the day between Chitlang FC and Tribhuvan Army FC.
