Kathmandu, June 23 -- Kathmandu University (KU), in collaboration with the Southasia Institute for History and Philosophy (SiHP), has announced a new Master of Arts in History and Philosophy (MAHP) programme.
The two-year postgraduate course is open to applicants from Nepal and abroad, with admissions available for intakes in October 2025 and April 2026.
Speaking at the launch event held on June 19, KU vice chancellor Achyut Wagle said the programme was designed to address contemporary challenges and offer students a rigorous academic experience in historical and philosophical inquiry.
