Kathmandu, Nov. 23 -- At a time when American and Chinese social media platforms are dominating the world, a new Indian social media platform is all set to launch with an ambitious goal.

At a press conference in Kathmandu on Saturday, representatives of Zktor announced that they are going to launch the new social media app, which would be 'free from digital colonialism'.

"Zktor is not just another app, it is a declaration of digital emancipation for South Asia," said a statement issued by the Zktor.
