Nepal, Dec. 5 -- Hotel Yak & Yeti concluded its annual Chimney Lighting Ceremony for 2025 on Thursday at The Chimney Restaurant, located within the historic Lal Durbar Complex in Kathmandu.

The event, which is rooted in a tradition established decades ago by Chef Boris Lissanevitch, recognised for his early contribution to Nepal's tourism and fine-dining culture.

The programme featured the symbolic lighting of the Chimney, a presentation of seasonal dishes, a guided walkthrough of Lal Durbar's interiors, and interactions with the hotel's management and culinary team.
