Kathmandu, March 6 -- The Patan High Court has nullified the agreement between the Pashupati Area Development Trust (PADT) and the Kathmandu Metropolitan City regarding the operation of the Pashupati Gaushala Dharamshala.

The Marwadi Sewa Samiti Nepal had filed a writ petition against the agreement at the Patan High Court on October 18 last year. The court issued its verdict on Thursday, paving the way for the Marwadi Sewa Samiti to resume operation of the Gaushala Dharamshala.
