Kathmandu, Feb. 5 -- Gold and silver prices declined slightly in the domestic market on Thursday, compared to Wednesday, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association.
The price of fine gold was fixed at Rs295,200 per tola (11.663 grams), while silver was priced at Rs4,980 per tola.
On Wednesday, the fine gold was traded at Rs304,700 per tola and silver at Rs5,600 per tola.
Earlier, on Tuesday, fine gold was priced at Rs 290,300 per tola, while silver was traded at Rs5,335 per tola.
International media reported that gold was trading at $5,078 per ounce in the global market on Thursday, while silver was priced at $90 per ounce.
