Kathmandu, Jan. 22 -- Madan Bhandari University of Science and Technology (MBUST) has appointed senior academician Dinesh Raj Bhuju as its Vice President (Academics and Research).

Bhuju, currently associated as an academician with the Nepal Academy of Science and Technology (NAST), has more than three and a half decades of experience in higher education, research, and science policy in Nepal and abroad.

He also serves as a visiting professor at Northwest University, Xi'an, China, and has held visiting and honorary academic positions at universities in Nepal, Italy, and Poland.
