Nepal, April 14 -- From memes featuring politicians singing 'dohori' through voice impersonations to manipulated photos of mayors, defamation, phishing, sophisticated financial fraud, and scams impersonating high-ranking officials-cybercrime in Nepal has been on the rise, fueled by growth in technology.
