Kathmandu, Jan. 28 -- The District Court of Kathmandu has issued an order to temporarily halt the screening of the film 'Aktor: Take One', which was set to release this Wednesday.
Diaspora Entertainment Pvt Ltd had filed a case against the Film Development Board and two production companies, alleging the theft of the film's title and storyline.
"The court has ordered that the film should neither be screened nor barred from screening until the discussion is concluded," the court order stated.
The production companies have been summoned to appear in court on February 4 for a hearing. The controversy surrounding 'Aktor: Take One' has been ongoing for some time.
