Kathmandu, Feb. 18 -- Nepali Congress has unveiled a 10-point summary of its pledges for the House of Representatives elections. The document outlines a vision for a dignified Nepal, where people have opportunities to dream, and the state promotes wealth and job creation.

It promises support for farmers, affordable education, and accessible healthcare. The party also pledges to uphold the rule of law, foster modernity while preserving cultural pride, earn international respect, and advance national progress.

Congress President Gagan Kumar Thapa presented the summary at an election assembly in Janakpur on Wednesday. The full manifesto will be released on Thursday in Kathmandu, where Thapa will also answer questions on the pledge.
