Kathmandu, Jan. 12 -- The Nepali Congress' second special general convention moves into its closed-door session on Monday at Bhrikutimandap, a day after the opening session concluded amid strong participation from party delegates.
According to convention publicity committee coordinator Subas Pokharel, the closed session will begin at 10am. The session will first finalise the convention's working procedures, after which delegates will be divided into nine groups to deliberate on four key themes: statute amendment, policy and leadership, governance reform, and contemporary issues.
