Dang, March 13 -- A clash broke out at Shubha Prabhat Secondary School in ward 14 of Ghorahi Sub-metropolitan City over the formation of the school management committee. Principal Rudra Budha was reportedly assaulted during the incident.

The clash ensued after a meeting on Wednesday, the third attempt to form the committee. Principal Budha said the assault happened when the required quorum was not met, halting the meeting. The first two meetings were short of the necessary quorum of 186 as only 128 and 48 parents attended the meetings. Also, on Wednesday, only 123 parents turned up.
