Kathmandu, May 15 -- member delegation from China, led by vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, Xiao Jie arrived in Kathmandu on Wednesday night.
The Federal Parliament Secretariat said in a statement that the visit is being made at the invitation of Indira Rana, deputy speaker of the House of Representatives.
During the four-day stay, the delegation is scheduled to hold meetings with Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, Speaker of the House of Representatives Devraj Ghimire, and Chairperson of the National Assembly Narayan Prasad Dahal, among others.
The Chinese delegation will also hold bilateral talks with Deputy Speaker Rana, who is hosting a dinner in their honour on Thursday.
