Kathmandu, May 1 -- Vijay Chauthaiwale, who is in charge of the foreign affairs department of the Bharatiya Janata Party, met with Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba, Foreign Affairs Minister Arzu Rana Deuba and Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak, among other politicians, on Wednesday.

Chauthaiwale arrived in Kathmandu on Wednesday on a three-day visit.

"I had an insightful discussion with them on several topics of mutual interests," Chauthaiwale wrote on social media platform X, after his meeting with the Deubas.
