Kathmandu, Jan. 29 -- On the evening of January 30 and 31, Nepalaya's R-Sala at Kalikasthan will host Chandra Retrospective 2.0 with writer Bhushita Vasistha. To amplify the declining practice of verse poetry in Nepal, Vasistha will be performing in Paleti after almost seven years.

Verse poetry is a simple literary genre that can resonate with beats and rhythms. With the wave of free-form poetry, the decline of the verse genre has increased. This style is now surviving in the interest of a limited rhythm-loving literary enthusiasts.
