Dhaka, Feb. 6 -- Bangladesh has lodged strong protest against the "false and fabricated statements" made by the former prime minister Sheikh Hasina.

Hasina delivered a speech via social media last night, triggering destruction of Bangabandhu Memorial Museum in Dhanmondi and murals of Sheikh Mujibir Rahman in various parts of the country last night.
