Kathmandu, Nov. 16 -- Prime Minister Sushila Karki, who also oversees foreign ministry affairs, participated in a reception hosted by the Australian Embassy in Nepal to commemorate 65 years of diplomatic relations between the two countries on Saturday.
Addressing the event, Prime Minister Karki highlighted that Nepal values Australia's friendship, development assistance, and support for its democratic and inclusive transformation.
"Over more than six decades, our partnership has grown to cover key areas like education, trade, development and culture," she said.
