Kathmandu, March 14 -- The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority is preparing to mobilise several teams under its Rapid Operation Task Force to curb and monitor irregularities in government offices.

The task force teams would be keeping a close tab on the activities of government offices across the country disguised as service seekers, the commission said.

"We have approved the working procedure for the mobilisation of task force," CIAA Chief Commissioner Nabin Ghimire told journalists on Tuesday, noting that the occasional sting operations were not enough to discourage corruption and bribery in government offices.
