Kathmandu, Dec. 23 -- A memorandum of understanding (MoU) has been signed between Annapurna Cable Car Pvt. Ltd. and Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd., an internationally renowned hotel chain, for the management and operation of a hotel in Bandipur.

Under the agreement, Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd will manage the hotel to be constructed in Bandipur as an international-standard property.

The MoU was signed in Kathmandu by Niraj Kedia, managing director of Annapurna Cable Car Pvt. Ltd., and Vilas Pawar, chief executive officer of Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd.

Annapurna Cable Car Pvt Ltd is a tourism-focused company operating in Bandipur.
