Kathmandu, Oct. 16 -- Bir Bahadur Khadka, senior vice president of the All Nepal Football Association, has sought a written clarification from Kiran Rai, general secretary at the governing body of Nepali football, on Wednesday.
Khadka, who sought clarification as the acting president, has given a three-day ultimatum for the explanation. Khadka is the acting president in the absence of ANFA President Pankaj Bikram Nembang as per Articles 42 and 44 of the ANFA Statute. The provisions in the articles state that 'senior vice president will deputise president in his absence'.
