JAMMU, Sept. 26 -- As part of the nation-wide Hindi Pakhwara, the Central Bureau of Communication (CBC), Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, Regional Office J&K Ladakh organised a workshop at the Media Centre, Panjtirthi, Jammu.
