VIJAYPUR, March 6 -- The construction work of community centre building at village Pardi Chak Jawahar in Abtal Panchyat of Ramgarh block started eight years back but it is still waiting for its completion as the slab work could not be completed due to paucity of funds.
The erstwhile state government of Jammu and Kashmir had sanctioned the community centre and its works at the cost of Rs 18 lakhs and the construction was started in the year 2013.
The structure of the building has got completed but its slab has not been laid till date.
