Srinagar, Feb. 25 -- Despite National Conference President Dr Farooq Abdullah announcing that his party would contest the forthcoming Parliamentary polls alone, J&K Congress Party Chief Vikar Rasool Wani on Sunday expressed optimism over Congress, NC and PDP fighting the elections together.

"Talks are underway with regional political parties and good news for people of J&K will come soon. BJP, its agencies and godi-media employed every effort to break the INDIA alliance and resolve of its constituents but they failed in this attempt," Wani told reporters here.
