Jammu, March 27 -- Vishwa Bharti College of Education, Akalpur, organized a seminar on the pressing issue of 'Nasha Mukt Bharat' on March 26, 2025. The event commenced with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony led by President Sh. S.K. Koul, alongside Former President Sh. J.L. Koul, Retired IGP Sh. Yoginder Koul, Prof. A.N. Sadhu, Sh. B.L. Saraf (Retired Session Judge), Dr. R.K. Saproo, and Sh. Virender Dembi. Also present were Principal of Vishwa Bharti College of Education, Prof. Bharti Bhat, Principal of VBPS, Mrs. Annapurna Koul, faculty members, and students, who sought the blessings of Goddess Saraswati.
