Jammu, Dec. 30 -- The Congress high command has taken very serious note of the action of the Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) chief Vikar Rasool Wani for showing indiscipline during the launch of the second round of the Bharat Jodo Yatra from Nagpur.
A picture has gone viral on social media in which Vikar Rasool Wani was seen talking on his mobile phone while Congress leader Rahul Gandhi was seen addressing the rally to mark the launching of the second phase of the Bharat Jodo Yatra.
Highly placed sources said that some leaders forwarded this picture to the party high command so party leadership took this matter very seriously.
