JAMMU, Feb. 10 -- Passenger facilities are being continuously expanded in the Jammu Division of Northern Railway. Recently, from February 11, special train number 04688/04687, which used to run from Budgam to Banihal, was extended to Shri Mata Vaishnodevi Katra instead of Banihal to provide better facilities to local residents and tourists visiting Kashmir. In a major addition to the tourist attractions of the Kashmir Valley, the Jammu Division has added a Vistadome coach to the special train, allowing passengers to enjoy a comfortable journey in the special coach with a glass roof and large windows.
