JAMMU, Feb. 3 -- The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference Provincial President for Jammu, Rattan Lal Gupta, on Tuesday strongly criticised the Union Budget 2026-27, stating that it completely ignores the pressing challenges faced by Jammu and Kashmir, especially rising unemployment and the long-standing development deficit in the region.
