JAMMU, Nov. 28 -- In a programme held at Jalandhar, a set of hindi poems composed by noted writer Balbir Ram Rattan, was The released by Sat Paul, an eminent UK-based social activist, retired JP, and recipient of the prestigious Member of the British Empire (MBE) honour. He was joined by Om Prakash Bagga, Chairman of the British Ravidasia Heritage Foundation (BRHF), United Kingdom, and Rajesh Bagga, National President of the BRHF India Branch.
These poems pay tribute to two towering icons of social justice, Guru Ravidass ji and Dr. B. R. Ambedkar. Through these compositions, Balbir Ram Rattan celebrates their ideals of equality, human dignity, and social empowerment.
