Udhampur, Dec. 27 -- The case pertains to FIR No. 110/2025 U/S 8/15 NDPS Act of Police Station Chenani, wherein on 02.11.2025, during naka checking at Motorshed Naka point, the naka police team apprehended Sata Masih S/o Hadet Masih R/o Chandu Suja, Batala, Gurdaspur (Punjab) and recovered poppy straw from his possession, leading to the registration of the case and initiation of investigation.
A prompt investigation led by PSI Priyambhna Sharma (GEC-246073) ensured that all legal formalities were completed within the stipulated time and the charge-sheet was filed before the Hon'ble Court.
