New Delhi, July 24 -- The legendary Sachin Tendulkar believes that the Indian women's cricket team's twin series victories in a challenging place like England will significantly boost the side's confidence ahead of two major World Cups.
The Harmanpreet Kaur-led side scripted history with a gritty 3-2 triumph in the T20Is, its maiden series win over England, before clinching the ODI leg 2-1.
The victories assume greater significance with India set to co-host the ODI World Cup alongside Sri Lanka from September 30, followed by the 2026 T20 World Cup in England.
