REASI, May 9 -- The district Administration Reasi today established Triage facility at District Hospital to regulate the admission of covid positive patients in Designated Covid Hospitals and Covid care centres, besides referral to level- I facility .
As per an order issued here today, Dr Rakesh Raina, Physician, Mob No- 9419240120 will examine the Covid positive patients and decide whether the patient require home isolation, admission or referral to level - I facility.
