JAMMU, Feb. 17 -- In a continued effort to ensure road safety and reduce inconvenience to the public, the Traffic Police Rural Jammu has initiated a series of strict actions against motor vehicle violations. These include overloading, use of pressure horns, and tinted glasses/curtains. As part of the ongoing crackdown, a total of 232 challans have been issued for violations related to pressure horns, which not only contribute to noise pollution but also affect vulnerable groups such as young children and individuals suffering from ailments.
