Directorate of Tourism, Jammu in collaboration with PEACE organization today organized Tawi Darshan at Dudu Village, Udhampur. On this occasion a grand Abhishek and Aarti of Suryaputri Tawi, the symbol of Jammu's History culture and religious ethos was performed. The Tawi Darshan was inaugurated by Director Tourism Jammu, O P Bhagat.
Speaking on the occasion, C.E.O Patnitop Development Authority Pran Singh said that tawi is the lifeline of Jammu, so, to create an awareness amongst people about its source and also to promote Dudu and areas like Latti, Sudhmahadev, Mantalai etc. the event was proposed to be conducted here.
