SRINAGAR, Oct. 22 -- The top notch bureaucrat of the union territory of Jammu & Kashmir dropped a bombshell few days back when he said that it would be virtually impossible to regularize the services of the people wwho have been working in the different government departments under separate arrangements.
The bureaucrat said that since one and half lakh people are vying for regularization it is not possible for the dispensation to go ahead with the process of regularization. He also accused the previous dispensations of Jammu & Kashmir of playing with the future of these people after employing them in different government departments.
