JAMMU, Feb. 3 -- Senior Congress leader and DDC Suchetgarh, Taranjit Singh Tony has expressed deep disappointment and resentment against the BJP-led Central Government for what he termed as a complete disregard for Jammu and Kashmir in the Union Budget presented by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman. He criticized the government for its "step-motherly" treatment towards the region, highlighting that the budget fails to address critical and long-standing issues, including the pressing need for improved infrastructure, employment opportunities, and rural development in J&K.
