JAMMU, Jan. 28 -- Senior Congress leader and DDC Suchetgarh, Taranjit Singh Tony has strongly criticized the Public Health Engineering (PHE) department for its failure to provide clean drinking water to several areas of Jammu, including Ratti Sarai, Sunjwan, Barmini, Chatha, Bathindi, Trikuta Nagar, Sainik Colony, Chowadi, Rajiv Nagar, Qasim Nagar, and Bahu Fort.
