Jammu, Feb. 13 -- Although J&K Congress chief Tariq Hameed Karra avoided naming the ruling National Conference for not aggressively taking up the issue of the restoration of statehood, the decision of the party to launch 15-day launch campaign in an indication that the grand old party is going to mount pressure of its coalition partner National Conference.
Today Kara formally launched a 15-day-long "Hamari Riyasat Hamara Haq" campaign from Udhampur and while launching the campaign, the J&K Congress chief launched a veiled attack on the National Conference for delay in restoring statehood to Jammu and Kashmir.
