JAMMU, June 24 -- Chenab Valley Power Project Limited (CVPPL), Joint Venture of NHPC LTD (51%) and JKSPDC (49%) has signed an Agreement with HUDCO Limited, Government of India Navratna Enterprise, for Term Loan of Rs 1073.754 Crore (Rupees One Thousand Seventy Three Crore Seventy Five Lakh and Forty Thousand only). As per the Agreement, the Loan will be utilized for Development and Construction of greenfield Pakal Dul Hydro Electric Project (4x250 MW) on River Marusudar located in Kishtwar District of Jammu & Kashmir.
